In a world where we are constantly on the go, running from one task to another it’s really important to me to have a routine. Since the pandemic hit last March and with my mental health spiralling out of control I’ve taken comfort in doing these little things below to look after myself. I still get bad days but it’s good to know your triggers and feel all of the emotions, we’re only human. Have a read below!
